IDEACT advises the funds managed by 123 Investment Managers and Entrepreneur Invest in the transfer of control of CEMPON Moatti and Pol-Soft to Axio Capital, supported by Entrepreneur Invest and 123 IM.
Founded in 1977, CEMOM Moatti is a Franco-Polish group specializing mainly in the production and distribution of hinges for doors and windows, organized around its Polish subsidiary Pol-Soft, the main manufacturing hub. The Group’s activity is strongly deployed internationally, with its product ranges being exported to some fifty countries. Relying on 200 people and its Polish production center, the Group produces more than 60 million parts annually for a turnover of around €25m in 2021-2022.
