This operation was carried out alongside the operating partner Mergueb Redaouia (Roebling Capital) and the investment funds Montefiore Investment and BPI France
IDEACT advises the funds managed by 123 Investment Managers in the acquisition of a portfolio of 8 hotel-restaurants in the 2 to 4 star category, located in Poitiers, Angers and Mérignac. The 123 IM funds supported Roebling in the acquisition of the portfolio of 8 hotels via equity and convertible bond financing of €5.1 million. This investment was made pari-passu with the investment funds Montefiore Investment and BPI France.
