IDEACT advises 123 Investment Managers in connection with their investment alongside hospitality professionals, with a view to acquiring both the real estate and business assets of the La Vallée Blanche Hotel in Chamonix.

The transaction is structured in partnership with two hospitality experts, Olivier Claret and the Helmi Capital group, who currently operate several properties in France and are recognized for their deep expertise in the hotel sector.

The operation aims to:

  • Acquire 100% of the business and real estate of the La Vallée Blanche Hotel
  • Finance renovation works for the property

The project includes a complete renovation of the hotel with a view to upgrading it to a 4-star establishment.
