September 2023 – IDEACT assists the funds managed by EXTENDAM, in tandem with Banque des Territoires, in the acquisition of the business premises of a future 4-star OKKO hotel, sold under a VEFA contract by VINCI IMMOBILIER in Troyes

We advised the capital investment company EXTENDAM on its very first investment in OKKO HOTELS, which is part of a municipal urban regeneration project under the national “Action Cœur de Ville” program, designed to support the development of medium-sized towns in France.

The project, involving the construction of a 4-star hotel under a VEFA contract by VINCI IMMOBILIER, is in line with the company’s objectives of supporting a zero-plastic policy and responsible sourcing of all products used by its operators.
