We accompanied the SomnOO group throughout its project to acquire two hotels in Provence, one at Marseille Airport and the other a few minutes from downtown Martigues. Both were acquired with the aim of boosting SomnOO’s share of the business and tourism travel market in Provence Alpes Côte d’Azur, and continuing the group’s expansion phase.
To this end, we supported SomnOO and 123 Investment Managers throughout this project, which started in September 2023, in the fundraising and then in the acquisition phases of the buildings targeted by the group.
