We supported 123 IM Group’s investment funds in raising €2.5 million in bonds to finance a major €5.3 million works program at the Les Tropiques Yelloh! Villages campsite in Torreilles, owned since 2017 by Holding de l’Océan (Eric Launay), the operating partner.

Following a successful initial repositioning phase between 2017 and 2022, this investment is part of the second phase of acceleration aimed at almost doubling the operating company’s annual sales excluding VAT by 2017.
