IDEACT advised both SomnOO, the operating company, and the 123IM investment funds to finance and legally formalize SomnOO’s plan to acquire five high-end hotels in Bavaria, in the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region and at the gateway to the Swiss canton of Geneva, a move in line with the SomnOO group’s expansion and historic collaboration with IDEACT.
