IDEACT advises the Funds managed by 123 IM and Entrepreneur Venture for the financing and the acquisition of the famous theater Edouard VII by the Group Pascal Legros, operating 3 other Parisian theaters. This important investment in obligations and equity will enable to develop the activity of the 3 theaters already operated by the Group and to finance the acquisition of the new theater Edouard VII.
