IDEACT is proud to have advised 123 Investment Managers, Bpifrance, Smalt Capital and Friendly Hotels Collection on a new key milestone in the development of this mountain hotel group.

The firm acted as legal counsel on all aspects of the transaction: advising Friendly Hotels Collection and the investors on the acquisitions, as well as advising the investors on the structuring and completion of their investment through a joint holding company with Friendly Hotels Collection.

This transaction enables Friendly Hotels Collection to pursue its growth strategy in mountain destinations, in partnership with leading financial sponsors.
