March 2025 – IDEACT advises somnOO on the refinancing and acquisition of 123 IM’s shares in a portfolio of six hotels (Ibis / Ibis Budget)

IDEACT acted as legal counsel to somnOO in the refinancing of six properties and the acquisition of the shares held by its long-standing investor partner, 123 Investment Managers (123 IM), enabling these assets to become majority-owned by somnOO. The transaction was announced on 11 March 2025.

The six hotels, operating under Ibis and Ibis Budget franchises, are located across France and cater to both business and leisure clientele:

• Ibis Budget Roanne (2?) – 64 rooms, coworking space
• Ibis Budget Lons-Le-Saunier (2?) – 58 rooms, coworking space
• Ibis Toulouse Purpan (3?) – 87 rooms, meeting room, coworking space
• Ibis Agen Centre (3?) – 56 rooms, coworking space (500 m from the train station)
• Ibis Budget Agen (2?) – 68 rooms, 2 meeting rooms, coworking space
• Ibis Budget Boulogne-sur-Mer Centre Les Ports (2?) – 64 rooms, coworking space
