Faithful to its investment strategy in economy and mid-range hotels, EXTENDAM acquires alongside SomnOO a portfolio of 3 new hotels and entrusts their operation to SomnOO. This portfolio includes the ibis Styles of Roanne (3*), the ibis Budget of Pouilly-en-Auxois and the ibis Budget of Marmande (2*).
