IDEACT acted as legal counsel to somnOO in connection with the acquisition of La Citadelle Hotel Metz – MGallery Collection, an iconic property located in Metz. This transaction strengthens somnOO’s presence in the Grand Est region, in line with its owner-operator strategy (ownership and management of assets).
Housed in a historic building (a former military bastion built in 1559), the hotel was converted into a hospitality establishment in 2005 while preserving its heritage character. It is a 4-star property with 80 rooms, a restaurant, a lounge bar, as well as reception and meeting spaces, located close to the city center, the Imperial district, and the train station.
