IDEACT advises the funds managed by 123 Investment Managers in the context of the acquisition, alongside experienced partner Yukadi Village, of the campsite Camping Atlantique Forêt, a 3* establishment with 180 pitches, including 170 bare pitches, located in Palmyre Les Mathes, in Charente-Maritime. The campsite has significant development potential. Thus, the project aims to completely remodel the establishment while taking advantage of the exceptional environmental setting offered by the place as well as the already existing structures, to position it on a “Premium 5*” and “Nature” offer with 198 pitches at term.
