IDEACT advises the 123 Investment Managers funds which are acquiring a new 4-star campsite located on the Guérande peninsula in partnership with Yukadi Villages and Entrepreneur Invest. Until now marketed directly by the owners, the Sainte-Brigitte campsite will be operated by the experienced group Yukadi Villages, a long-standing partner of 123 IM.
