IDEACT assisted somnOO in the completion, on 30 June 2025, of the acquisition of the remaining shares of the Ibis Styles Besançon Hotel, enabling the group to become the 100% owner of the property, both in terms of real estate and operations.
The transaction took place in two stages: the hotel was initially acquired in December 2019 in partnership with an institutional investor and private investors introduced by Emeraude Gestion Privée; a first acquisition step occurred at the end of 2022 with the exit of the institutional partner, making somnOO the majority shareholder (60%), followed by the purchase of the remaining 40%, finalized on 30 June 2025.
The hotel is a 3-star property with 103 rooms, featuring a restaurant, a wellness area with a pool, and several meeting rooms, located close to the city center.
