We assisted SomnOO with the financing and sale of three German hotels (located in Hagen, Hamm and Lüdenscheid in North Rhine-Westphalia), by 123 IM, Extendam and their co-investors.

These disposals follow the success of the partnership between SomnOO, the operating company, and its investors, which has enabled SomnOO to develop its business and achieve the internal rate of return (IRR) targeted by its investors.
