IDEACT advises the funds managed by 123 Investment Managers in the acquisition of a portfolio of 8 hotel-restaurants in the 2 to 4 star category, located in Poitiers, Angers and Mérignac. The 123 IM funds supported Roebling in the acquisition of the portfolio of 8 hotels via equity and convertible bond financing of €5.1 million. This investment was made pari-passu with the investment funds Montefiore Investment and BPI France.
