IDEACT advises the SomnOO group in the acquisition of 4 new hotels In full expansion, SomnOO, hotel operator-investor, announces the acquisition during this first quarter of 2022 of 4 hotels in minority ownership in Arras and in the south of France. While it is thus consolidating its operating model, SomnOO is nevertheless pursuing its development strategy for its majority division. 5-year objective: The management of a hundred hotels, 40 of which are majority owned.
Hôtel de L’Univers Arras****: 38 rooms, including 6 seminar rooms, a restaurant and a bar. The renovation of the hotel is planned for 2022.
Hotel Best Western plus Le Lavarin Avignon****: 48 rooms, including a restaurant, a SPA with indoor and outdoor swimming pool. The extension of the hotel is planned for 2023.
2 Ibis Styles*** and Ibis Budget** Arles Palais de Congrès hotels: 144 rooms, including 4 seminar rooms, a restaurant and a swimming pool. The renovation of the seminar rooms is planned for 2022.
