IDEACT advised somnOO as legal counsel in connection with the completion of the acquisition of the equity interests held by 123 Investment Managers (123 IM) in six hotels already operated by somnOO. This transaction, dated February 26, 2026, marks a consolidation milestone: these establishments, previously minority-owned, are now majority-owned by somnOO (both real estate and business assets).
The transaction is part of the structured partnership model between somnOO and 123 IM, based on transparency and a liquidity roadmap defined from the outset, enabling 123 IM to realize the value created and allowing somnOO to strengthen its strategic control over the assets.
