As a lawyer, I have built my career at the crossroads of law and business. After completing an MSc in Management at EM Lyon and a Master’s degree in Professional Wealth Law at Université Paris-Dauphine, I pursued an LLM at Bond University in Australia. Admitted to the Paris Bar in October 2009, I began and developed my career at IDEACT, where I work in private equity, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and tax law. After ten years as an associate, I joined the firm as a partner at the end of 2019.
