The funds managed by 123 Investment Managers have invested in the Hôtelière 7Eiffel company, alongside the Malone Hôtel Group founded and managed by Yohann Benhamou, in order to acquire the business of the Hôtel 7 Eiffel, a 4-star establishment with 32 rooms located rue Amélie in the 7th arrondissement of Paris. Hotel 7 Eiffel has 32 rooms divided into 3 categories: Standard rooms, Classic rooms and Premium rooms ranging from 15m2 to 22m2. On the top floor of the hotel there is a hidden terrace, a veritable little garden on the roof of the hotel. A refreshment program worth €150k is planned for this hotel.
