IDEACT advises the Funds managed by 123 Investment Managers and Entrepreneur Venture in the financing of the development of the family and youth media group Unique Héritage Media (UHM).
UHM announced that it had raised € 5m from 123 Investment Managers, Entrepreneur Venture and Education Wizards Investissement (investment holding controlled by Emmanuel Mounier). In line of sight, the desire to finance its growth projects and sector buildup in publishing, media and new technologies. Following this operation, Emmanuel Mounier keeps control of the group he founded in 2014, holding Fleurus Presse, Quelle History Editions, Pili Pop Labs or Wondercity.
