IDEACT advises EXTENDAM in its investment alongside AMC, with a view to acquiring the premises and business of the ibis Paris Porte de Versailles Mairie d´Issy. A 1,333 m² hotel operated by a family of hoteliers for several generations, the ibis Paris Porte de Versailles Mairie d’Issy will experience a fairly significant work plan in the coming months to create 6 new rooms and reposition the hotel for a move under the ibis Styles brand. This new ibis Styles will be operated by AMC Investissements, a company of François-Xavier Bourgois, already operating 36 hotels under the Accor brand.
